What are the costs that are included to come up with the APR?

APR calculations have not clearly been defined, it varies from lender to lender and loan to loan depending on what fees and charges have been included.

Alex is correct. These fees vary, sometimes greatly, by lender. Beware the lender who says they do not charge lender fees. Make sure you check their APR. Without fail, you will find prepaid interest to be an APR fee, but again, other fees depend on the lender.
