Subject: FHA Secure Mortgage
I've heard that the new hope 4 homeowners program is basically taking place of the secure mortgage, although I keep seeing all these companies that are still offering the secure mortgage.I thought that the secure mortgage was dropped as of December last year.Anyone have a clue?

That was the plan. The new stimulus plan is supposed to take the place of the program. Hope for homeowners has been around for quite some time. Yes FHA Secure expired. Lenders are offering it uninsured by FHA if they still are. None of my lenders are offering it. Only on case numbers ordered before the expiration date.
