Subject: "Average Prime Offer Rate"
Our banking software tells us that this new rate is released by the Federal Reserve weekly. I have looked at the sites that I am familiar with and have not found anything regarding this new rate. Is it an index that our Bank needs to track because of the new Reg Z rules?

The mortgage rates that the Federal Reserve releases are just averages, and can
vary from state to state.

Best of Luck
