I have been working for the past 1 year and 10 months at a company making 39K per year. I got another job 3 weeks ago and am now making 70k per year. Can the 70k now count for my mortgage? i'm trying to buy a house that's 269,000 on fha with 4% down and my fico is 720. any help??

If your new job from 3 weeks ago is now your full-time job, then yes it could count. If it's just a part-time job, or a 2nd job, then that needs 24 months before the income from it can be used to qualify. Sounds like it replaced your old job though, and if so, then you should be good to go.
