We post four monthly LIBOR indexes that are calculated by averaging the past month's daily WSJ LIBOR rates: 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, 1-Year LIBOR. Each Mortgage-X monthly LIBOR index is based on the corresponding LIBOR index quoted in the Wall Street Journal (WSJ LIBOR) and is computed by averaging the past month's daily rates of the underlying WSJ LIBOR. The index is rounded to the nearest 10,000th of one percentage point.

Though we first began publicly providing the Mortgage-X LIBOR in August, 2007 (for the month of July 2007), we post index values for earlier months to illustrate what they would have been for those periods (the daily WSJ LIBOR rates that make up the Mortgage-X monthly LIBOR index are posted on our website).

The monthly Mortgage-X LIBOR index for a given month is announced by Mortgage-X on the 1st day of the following calendar month. The current value is posted in our Current Mortgage Indexes table.
