Hi, I recently in the middle of doing a refinance, and I starting to lose trust in my current mortgage company. I want to do a Refinance and one guy in my mortgage company said "New York State doesn't allow 10 year fixed terms". Is this true? Then he said, he could but only give me a 10-year through a 15-year and in a certain package. My mortgage company in Wells Fargo. I don't buy this. I need your opinion. G. M. Answer: That is false.
