The Mortgage Lender Directory lets borrowers find mortgage lenders by state, available loan programs and type of property. We will display your company name, street address, phone number, available loan programs (conforming, jumbo, imperfect credit, no documentation, FHA, VA and RHS loans) and a direct link to your web site (subject to review by Mortgage-X to determine if it meets our criteria for placing a link to it). Once your web site link is activated, you will be able to add a short comment to your listing.

When you add your company to our Directory, we will assign you a username and password. You will be able to update your information whenever you want via our web site, upgrade, downgrade or delete your listing, add your contact name to your company listing, link your name to your personal web page on your corporate web site (or you may link it to your personal web site) and advertise your rates on our site for free.

If you post your rates on our web site, the Current Rates link will appear on your listing automatically next to your company name.

When adding your listing, you can sign up to receive mortgage related questions generated by our Ask a Mortgage Related Question online form by email. We publish most complete and interesting answers on our site.

Additionally, your company may be chosen to participate in our mortgage rate trend survey. Your market comment with your name and your company name linked to your web site will appear on our site.

You may also enhance your listing with the optional Pre-Qualify Online and Info Request buttons. All pre-qualification requests and borrowers inquiries will be sent to you immediately by e-mail.
