If any mechanical or electrical equipment (heating plant, water heater, refrigerator, range, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) are sold with the home, don't forget to obtain from the seller copies of the manufacturer's warranties on the equipment together with information as to whom to call in case it needs to be serviced.
