General Rules
- You can update rates anytime and as often as you need. But rates older than 2 weeks will not be displayed to avoid misleading borrowers.
- APR calculations must be based on a loan amount of $200,000 for conforming loans, $500,000 for jumbo loans and a maximum LTV of 80%.
- Certain mortgage rates may differ by loan size. In such cases, rates must be based on a loan amount of $200,000 for conforming loans and $500,000 for jumbo
loans.
- Points must include all points (discount, origination and any other points).
- All lenders posting rates must be Equal Housing Lenders and endorse fair lending and housing practices.
- We adhere to the strictest guidelines for accuracy and honesty. Any lender engaging in defrauding, posting intentionally misleading rates will be removed.
